"ecoENERGY" Grant

Canada’s ecoENERGY program provides a financial incentive to homeowners who improve their home energy efficiency. The grant is available to single family homes and multi-unit residential buildings.

Amount: up to $4,375

Requirements:

A Natural Resources certified energy advisor must conduct an onsite assessment of your home’s energy use. We can help you to arrange this!.

PROVINCIAL

Onatrio Energy Rebate

Geothermal Energy Systems Rebates are available to homeowners who install or upgrade to an alternate energy systems, including our geothermal energy systems

Amount: up to $3,500

Requirements:

Must live in Ontario.

Ontario’s energy conservation program

Amount: up to $150 towards a home energy audit and rebates of up to $5,000 for retrofits addressing energy audit recommendations.

Requirements:

You must have a certified energy advisor complete a home energy audit.
Recommended upgrades must be completed within 18 months of audit.

Additional Financing

Get financing as low as 5% with no payment for 1 year OAC.
