No. A home renovation estimate requires examination of the site and measurements of your home. Ontario Renovations offers accurate estimates from qualified professionals who are skilled in construction / renovation estimating and can provide you with a free no obligation sales quote.

What are your consumer protection services?

One of Ontario Renovation's main focus is to protect consumers. We handle this in a variety of ways.

• We pre -screen our member contractors – Not just any contractor can join our professional network – we only accept quality contractors based on a variety of checks.
• We offer advice on hiring a contractor to everyone who uses our booking services. - We will consult on your home renovation contract and help you to arrange the best terms for your home renovation project with the contractor of your choice.
• Ontario Renovation's home renovation contractors and professionals are under constant review from our quality control staff. We encourage and use customer feedback to improve the quality of our service professionals.
• In case of any disputes Ontario Renovations offers mediation services

How do you screen contractors?

We screen contractors on a variety of levels. Background checks are done (police, bankruptcy, references). We also verify insurance and licensing. Being experts ourselves and connected in the industry we also have more experience and a better ability to screen prospective contractors. Many of our member contractors are already familiar to us through previous work, although we do accept applications from new contractors (who are all subject to our detailed screening process).

Do you offer free home renovations estimates outside of Ontario, Canada?

No. Currently our services are limited to Ontario, Canada only.
